Steps to Remove Vendor Partition

Follow these steps to remove the *Vendor* partition and restore your Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (SM-T585) to its original state:

• Step 1: Format your device to avoid any issues.
• Step 2: Download the appropriate PIT file for your device.
• Step 3: Rename the downloaded file to gtaxllte.pit.
• Step 4: Boot into TWRP recovery on your device.
• Step 5: Go to Advanced and then Terminal.
• Step 6: Place the gtaxllte.pit file in the internal storage of your device.
• Step 7: In the terminal, type the following command:

  dd if=/sdcard/gtaxllte.pit
  of=/dev/block/mmcblk0

• Step 8: After executing the command, reboot back into recovery.
• Step 9: Once back in recovery, perform Format Data to remove encryption.
• Step 10: Perform an Advanced Wipe as needed and flash your desired ROM.

Note: This process returns the partitions to their official state, which can prevent issues related to custom ROMs.

Note: If the recovery is stuck on the logo, you can also flash the PIT file directly using Odin3 on your PC in the PIT field (not CSC) to fix TWRP flashing errors.
